About Dino Warp & Controls Guide

Welcome to Dino Warp: Time Runner, an endless runner adventure built with ultra-responsive 120FPS HTML5 Canvas physics. Survive as long as you can across the shifting eras of time while collecting Chrono Shards to upgrade your abilities.

Desktop Controls

Press Space, Up Arrow, or W to Jump. Tap lightly for a short hop, or press fully for a maximum height jump. Press Down Arrow or S while in mid-air to fast-drop back to the ground instantly. Hold Down while running to Duck under floating hazards.

Mobile Touch Controls

Tap the Right Side of the screen to Jump. Swipe down or Touch-and-Hold the Left Side of the screen to Drop and Duck. The game utilizes full touch-screen responsiveness without onscreen joysticks.

PB Ghost Mode

Toggle the "GHOST: OFF" button in the top menu to "GHOST: ON" to race against a live translucent hologram of your own All-Time Personal Best run. Defeat the ghost by running past its timeline marker!

The 4 Time-Warp Eras

Every 500 meters, your dinosaur will warp seamlessly into a new temporal dimension with changing environments, skies, and obstacles.

• 0m – 500m: Prehistoric Sunset Valley. Warm terracotta mountains, silhouetted bird flocks, and rolling autumn foliage.

• 500m – 1000m: Royal Medieval Kingdom. Golden skies, ancient castles, and dangerous aerial ballistas.

• 1000m – 1500m: Neo-Tokyo Metropolis. A synthwave cyber-city filled with neon drones and hovercrafts.

• 1500m+: Galactic Starport. A deep-space void where you must dodge laser grids and hyper-speed alien cruisers.

Chrono Armory Guide

Collect purple Shards scattered across the timeline to purchase permanent upgrades in the Chrono Armory. Upgrades persist between runs.

• Shard Magnet: Automatically attracts nearby shards toward your Dino without needing precise jumps. Max Level: 5.

• Aegis Shield: Starts your run with a cyan energy bubble. Absorbs exactly 1 fatal collision, shatters, and grants 2 seconds of invincibility. Max Level: 5.

• Close-Call Boost: Grants +25 bonus score and an extra shard every time you narrowly dodge an obstacle without hitting it. Max Level: 5.

• Shard Multiplier: Permanently boosts the value of every shard collected by +25% per upgrade tier. Max Level: 5.
